Sometimes I feel like a contortionist. My young body so flexible and supple.
The reason I bend myself up into these crazy positions is because it gives my Mum so much JOY!
She laughs so hard I can’t help but be happy! Joy does that, it’s contagious, it fills you with love. There is so much power in this.
Do things that make people happy, you won’t regret it. ❤️
