Lessons from Simha



No matter how in control of your life you feel, we all have moments when we could benefit from breath.


I love the instant calming effect it has on my nervous system when I close down my eyes and simply watch my breath.


Give it a go, close your eyes and take a long slow inhale through your nose. Feel your belly expand as you fill yourself up. As you exhale, feel complete surrender as your body gets drawn down towards the earth.


Pure bliss, it’s one of my favorite favorites.❤️
